Shipping policy
From the moment we receive the payment, I will prepare your product and deliver it to the cargo company within 1-3 business days.
I mostly ship my products by express shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL (applicable for cart amount of 100 USD and above). I ship my products with a basket amount below 100 USD via standard shipping.
Express Shipping:
USA, Canada and EU: 2-5 business days

Postal services are very busy during the holiday season. In addition, sometimes there may be some delays in transportation due to the unique work of different postal services in each country and the customs policies of the countries. As the seller, I cannot intervene in the process after delivering the product to the cargo company. Please be patient and give it time.
